Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
Yes. You must have an account if you want to shop online with us. However, you don't need one for checking our products. You can browse and compare our products with others without an account.
I have changed my address, email address and/or credit card. How do I change my account information?
For changing your account information, click on “My Account” at the top of the home page. Log on using your current email address and password. After that you will be able to change your account information. This includes changing credit card, billing and/or shipping address, email address and password.
I've forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?
In such case, click on “My Account” at the top of the home page. Scroll down to the "Forgot Your Password" section. Follow the directions listed there for receiving a new password instantly via email.
How do I "Sign out" of my account?
At the upper-right navigation bar, look for the “sign out” option. Click on that to log off.

If you are signed in, you can see your name displayed in the upper-right navigation bar. Take the cursor over your name, the final option on the drop-down list is 'sign out.' Click “sign out” and you will be signed out. You can sign in and out at any time by clicking the portrait in the upper right corner of the search bar.

How can I find out the status of my order?

My order is listed on bodytools Nutrition as "Billing Information Received" what does that mean?
If your order shows this status, that means it is shipped from the warehouse and is with the carrier. If your order displays “Billing Information Received” during any weekend or holiday, do not worry. Your order will be processed on the next business day. If you want precise information, we would suggest you to track your order on that business day.
Will I be notified when my backordered item will be available or if the expected ship date changes?

I'm missing an item from my order. What do I do?
- Email your queries at Sales@bodytoolsnutrition.com and we will take care of it.
How Do I Place a order?
- Click the “Add to Cart” button displayed along with the product/products
- Once you have added all your products to your cart, click “Checkout” option displayed on the shopping cart page. You can also click on the “checkout” option displayed in the top right corner of your page.
- After you are redirected to another page, enter you billing, shipping and payment details.
- Thereafter, click on “submit order” displayed at the bottom of the confirmation page to confirm your order.
Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?
- No. Once the order is placed, you cannot make any changes to it.
Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?
Yes you can cancel your order after submitting it. Your payment will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within a period of 14 days. Once you have received the product, it cannot be canceled. In such case, check our return policies.
When will my order ship?
- Orders are processed on the same business day and shipped the following day.
My order needed verification; will it ship today?
- If your order undergoing any verification (such as billing or address verification), it will be shipped once the verification process is over. This process often involves getting clearance from banks or any additional information from you
When am I charged for the items that I order?
- We charge your credit card after your order is shipped from the warehouse. If you have a backorder item among the items you ordered, your credit or debit card will receive an authorization for the full amount of the order including the backordered item.
Can I view orders I've placed in the past?
- Yes. You can view yours past orders. Just click on the "My Account" option at the top of the home page. Log in using your email address and password. After that you'll then be able to view your order history.
Will you notify me if there are problems with my order?
- In case of any problems with your order, we will immediately notify you by email. This is applicable for backordered items and problems with credit card authorization.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept payment through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do I need to pay sales tax with my order?
- No. You do not have to pay any sales tax.
If one or more of my items are on backorder, when will I receive my order?
- Our team will reply to your queries with available options in the case that particular product is out of stocks.
